Reporting a publishing problem

These details make a problem much faster to track down:

• Your organization's name.
• The post's title (the shared file name, for folder drops).
• Roughly when it was submitted.
• Which networks you expected, and what the confirmation email reported.

Requesting onboarding

Include your organization's name, the networks you want to post to, roughly how often you post, and who will manage your account connections. See Get started for what happens next.

Security reports

Send suspected vulnerabilities to the same address. Please describe the issue and how to reproduce it, and give us reasonable time to respond before disclosing it publicly.

Data and privacy requests

Questions about stored data, or requests to disconnect your accounts and delete your data, go to the same address. See the Privacy Policy.
