Data deletion
Last updated: October 28, 2026
You can remove CoyoteCast's access to any connected account yourself, at any time, and you can ask us to delete the information we hold about you, an account, or your whole organization. This page is CoyoteCast's data deletion instructions for every network it connects to, including Facebook, Instagram and Threads.
Remove CoyoteCast's access yourself
Removing access on the network stops CoyoteCast from posting to that account straight away. Posts already scheduled for it won't go out.
| Network | Where to remove access |
|---|---|
| YouTube | The Google security settings page: choose CoyoteCast, then remove its access. |
| Facebook's Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations: choose CoyoteCast and remove it. | |
| Instagram's Settings and activity, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites: remove CoyoteCast. | |
| Threads | Threads' Settings, then Account, then Website permissions: remove CoyoteCast. |
| TikTok | TikTok's Settings and privacy, then Security and permissions, then the list of apps with access to your account: remove CoyoteCast. |
| Bluesky | Bluesky's Settings, then Privacy and security, then App passwords: delete the one you made for CoyoteCast. |
Removing access stops new posts. To also delete what CoyoteCast already stored for that account, send us a request as described below.
Ask us to delete your data
Email support@coyotecast.com with the subject "Data deletion request". Please include:
- your name and your organization's name;
- what to delete: a member account, specific connected accounts (the network and the username, Page or channel), or the whole organization.
Send it from the email address we have on file for you if you can. Otherwise we'll reply to confirm the request comes from someone entitled to make it before we delete anything.
What we delete
- For a connected account: its stored access and refresh tokens, its ID, name, username and picture, and any posts scheduled for it that haven't gone out yet.
- For a member: their sign-in account and the personal details attached to it. Records of what they submitted are kept without their name where we still need them.
- For a whole organization: all of the above for every member and account, plus the organization's shared folder and the content in it, its scheduled posts, its sign-up request and its publishing records.
Posts that were already published stay on the network, because CoyoteCast doesn't have permission to delete them. Remove those in the network's own app.
How long it takes
We confirm by email and finish within 7 days. If the law requires us to keep a particular record, we'll tell you which one and why. When access is revoked on the network instead, we delete the stored token and account details within 30 days, as described in the Privacy Policy.
